Capture — three data ingestion methods

Manual entry by staff. System feeds via APIs from Tally, Salesforce, MS Project, WhatsApp, and RBI Account Aggregator. AI automation via NLP and rules engine. Computed values — EVM, progress %, NPS — are derived outputs, never entered manually.

Compute — binary completion drives all metrics

Progress % is never entered subjectively. Engineers mark sub-tasks as Completed or In Progress. The system multiplies status by pre-defined weightages from the 4-project-type standard task master (303 sub-tasks). Unit % rolls up automatically to floor, tower, project, portfolio, and RERA.

Connect — iQube cross-dimensional reasoning
